Water Based Testing Bags & Weights

 With capacities of 5, 12 and 35 tons each to a total load of 57 tons. In our stock we also have enough lifeboat water bags of 375 kg each for load testing 150 person lifeboats, platforms, bridges, gangways, accommodation ladders and other structural constructions.

Tougher needs?

On short notice we can arrange load tests up to 600 (six hundred) tons together with WWS. Higher loads are indeed possible, but will require some preparation.

Load monitoring

The exact proof load is measured either by certified load cells (dynamometers) or certified water flowmeters. From stock we can offer load cells with remote displays of 5, 12, 35 and 70 tons capacity including necessary rigging equipment, and of course a number of 2” water flow meters.
